This event determines the two women's and two men's teams that will represent Guelph Curling at the zone playdown, plus the added Club Champion Open Doubles Team..
Eligibility is limited to full members in good standing who are currently participating in at least one league. All other membership or drop-in categories are not eligible. Your team can be made of any combination of eligible members, it does not have to be the team that you participate with in a league.
This year, there will be three categories:
Competitors may only register for one category. The draw schedule and format will be determined based on the number of teams that sign up in each category.
A minimum of three players must be a minimum of 19 years of age or older as of June 30, 2026.
All games will be 8 ends with ties being decided by a full extra end, with no pre-game practice. Last rock decided by a coin toss. The "no tick" rule will be in effect.
Curling Ontario is now offering the qualifying teams an option of playing a spring or fall zone qualifier, so those teams who wish to play in the spring qualifier will need to register by March 16.
