This is a new league that is open to all skill levels for teams of two (2). Come out and try doubles curling for a FREE 2-week trial!
Doubles curling is a relaxed and social way to play, where teams of just two people mean you are always part of the action. Because rocks are already set up on the ice before you even start, every end feels like a fun, creative puzzle you get to solve together with your teammate. It is less about rigid rules and more about quick games, lots of laughs, and a fantastic excuse to try something new on the ice!
We are offering everyone the chance to give doubles a try—pairs and individuals are both welcome! This is the perfect opportunity for all curlers, from brand-new beginners to highly experienced players.
Join Us On the Ice:
Dates: Monday, October 5 and Monday, October 19
Time: 1:00 PM (90-minutes games with no new ends starting after 85 minutes)
What to Expect: A quick, easy review of the rules (they are slightly different for doubles, but simple to learn!) followed by plenty of time to play.
If there is enough interest after these two sessions, we will open up registration for a regular Monday afternoon doubles league. Come find your new favourite way to curl!
